The Yorkshire coast stretches from north of Whitby all the way south past Scarborough and on down to the Humber estuary near Hull. We might be biased, but we think the stretch between Staithes, Whitby and Robin Hood's Bay is the most beautiful!

Surrounding Whitby is the dramatic North York Moors National Park, home to all kinds of wildlife, the North York Moors Steam Railway and many picturesque villages and market towns.
Whitby is a great location for walkers and cyclists, with access to the Cleveland Way and the Whitby to Scarborough Cinder Track. Both provide fantastic views of the coastline and as much fresh air as you could need! Whitby is also home to some great pubs and restaurants as well as plenty of amazing holiday accommodation.
